What we do.
Grace’s staff have extensive experience in the medical, hospital, nursing home, hospice, and home care fields. We will guide you through through illness, grief, bereavement, and traumatic loss by helping you create a plan that allows you or your organization to take control over your situation, and your future.
Often people do not know where to turn when their loved one, friend, or colleague has been diagnosed with a critical or terminal illness. It can be overwhelming to navigate the complex medical system, understand how to manage an illness, know the next steps when an illness has no treatment or cure, and to have difficult conversations with loved ones, family members, and colleagues about care and end of life.
It’s even more challenging when individuals are expected to make multiple complex decisions, quickly, during this emotional time. We are here to guide and support you through it all.
